Bill and Alicia Saylor, the dedicated proprietors of Yabba Dabba Dogs and Catering, have a long history of serving their community through non-profit and public education roles. Bill spent over forty years in various capacities, including the last sixteen with the Cal Poly Athletics Department, while Alicia retired after twenty-five years with the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education. Their careers were deeply rooted in organizing and managing fundraising events such as auctions, receptions, and booster events. In the summer of 2018, encouraged by family and friends, they launched Yabba Dabba Dogs and Catering. Committed to using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, they offer a menu that includes 100% All-Beef Hot Dogs, Bratwursts, Polish Sausages, and the “Vegan Vilma.” Each hot dog is served in a fresh New England-style bun from California Fresh Market in San Luis Obispo, a specialty bun also used for lobster rolls on the East Coast.  With FUN as the cornerstone of their new venture, Bill and Alicia invite you to contact them to schedule catering for private events, birthdays, corporate lunches, or fundraisers.
